MALAWI

Malawi, nicknamed “The Heart of Africa” is well known for its smiling, friendly people. Malawi comes from an interpretation of Maravi, an old name from the Nyanga people that habitat the country. Blantyre and Lilongwe are the major cities within the country that is home to approximately 18 million people. Malawi boasts the fifth largest lake in the world by volume: a haven for magnificent wildlife and a new challenge for the intrepid swimmer.
